County Terminates Contract to Purchase the Palms Golf Course

This morning, we received word through our attorney that the county is relinquishing its hold on the golf course in favor of a buyer with more agreeable terms for the seller.

The County anticipates completing the appropriate termination paperwork by the end of this week.

As we learn more about the parties, the plans for the property and the timelines, we will submit a follow up e blast to keep you informed. As a reminder, the use of the land is specifically defined by the Covenant which allows either a golf course or narrowly defined open space.
