GOLF COURSE UPDATE
As previously announced, the golf course owner has backed away from selling the golf course to the County (read more details in the News Leader article here ). The HOA has been contacted by a representative of the group of investors that is in the process of acquiring both the real estate and operations of the course. County Terminates Contract to Purchase the Palms Golf Course
This morning, we received word through our attorney that the county is relinquishing its hold on the golf course in favor of a buyer with more agreeable terms for the seller. The County anticipates completing the appropriate termination paperwork by the end of this week.
