GOLF COURSE UPDATE

As previously announced, the golf course owner has backed away from selling the golf course to the County (read more details in the News Leader article here).

The HOA has been contacted by a representative of the group of investors that is in the process of acquiring both the real estate and operations of the course.  Their outreach stated an intent to preserve the land and to operate the golf course.  Their correspondence also said “We look forward to working with the HOA to ensure the success of the golf course and betterment of the community.”
