We are an active neighborhood, and we are working hard to protect this unique area of south-central Sarasota.

We will be posting articles in the upcoming year sharing some of the historical elements of this special place: the residents whose names are associated with the streets we travel daily, and their places in our history.
 

Thank you for representing our community in its best light. We are, of course, a Deed Restricted community. Our process and forms are located under 'Restriction Compliance' on the menu bar above.
 

Our annual membership cost is just $100. While this is voluntary, adhering to the deed restrictions is mandatory.
 

As always, we do ask that once a property is sold in our area please post a sale-pending sign, sold sign or simply remove the sign.
